This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the location couldn't have been better - right next to the Metro tram line, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. Secondly, the staff were absolutely wonderful, always friendly and ready to assist. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with a lovely view over the city. The facility to adjust the room temperature was a great bonus, ensuring a comfortable stay. And let's not forget the breakfast - the coffee machine was a pleasant surprise, providing a delicious start to the day.
All was perfect, nothing to improve.
